As an area resident since 1970, I became a licensed sales agent in 1977 while attending Pace University in Manhattan. Upon graduation, I followed a path of business ownership that included restaurants, property management, various retail stores while maintaining my real estate license.
It wasn't until 1988, when I returned to Orange County, that my real estate career took center stage. Since that time, I have accomplished over 2500 transactions, nearly $300M in sales volume, became a licensed real estate broker, obtained various professional designations in my industry, have been the President of our Real Estate Board and in 2002 was awarded the prestigious Realtor of the Year award from the Orange County Association of Realtors.
I established my own independent real estate agency in 1994, CSA Realty Group, LLC., and in late 2003 was introduced to the Keller Williams family and found an excellent association of dedicated, trustworthy and honorable people that are willing to share their knowledge and experience for the benefit of everyone who embraces what we believe in.
It has been a great association. The training that a Keller Williams agent receives is unsurpassed in our industry. And, the ability to participate in profit sharing is a unique advantage for a Keller Williams agent--so much so that we are now the 5th largest company in the USA as more and more committed real estate professionals see the benefits that we promise and deliver on.
